Electronic Warfare (EW)

Electronic warfare (or EW) has very important applications in defense-based systems. These include communications intercept (COMINT) and jamming, radar countermeasures and counter-countermeasures, electronics intelligence (ELINT), and many other areas. But EW techniques also play an important commercial role in spectrum management.

Applied Radar developed a very unusual and large scale switch matrix for us for the purposes of volume testing, this unit has been in continuous use for the past 4 years. Like the Agilent/Keysight gear plugged into it, it never fails, it is never shut down, and was delivered ahead of schedule, and worked to spec. Applied Radar can do more than radar, they can make just about any custom RF test solution you can think of and do so in a very short period of time.
